关于举办南京航空航天大学2014年
研究生国际学术会议的通知
为了进一步营造科学研究氛围，开拓研究生国际学术视野，搭建研究生展示科研成果的平台，提升研究生研究能力、学术水平和国际交流能力，定于2014年12月中旬举办南京航空航天大学2014年研究生国际学术会议。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、组织机构
2014年研究生国际学术会议由南京航空航天大大学研究生院主办，国际教育学院、航空宇航学院协办。成立2014年研究生国际学术会议组织委员会负责具体组织工作。
二、征稿范围
本次国际学术会议征稿对象为南京航空航天大学所设全部学科的所有硕士、博士研究生（含外国留学研究生）。本次会议还欢迎在宁高校相关学科研究生及留学研究生投稿并参会。

三、会议举办方式
本次学术会议以研究生提交英文论文、大会英文发言交流形式参会。所有未正式发表的论文均可投稿，论文请采用附件所提供的标准格式，长度不限，并以Word版本提交。论文要求为原创研究成果，论文内容不涉密、不涉及政治与宗教问题。

稿件确定录用后将收入会议论文集并颁发论文录用通知书。南京航空航天大学硕士研究生（含外国留学生）以第一作者撰写的论文被本次会议收录，即可认为满足学术型硕士研究生在读期间发表学术论文的规定。
组委会将选出约9篇论文参加大会英文发言交流，其余所有录用论文将在分会场进行交流发言。组委会将评选优秀论文，分别颁发奖金及优秀论文证书。本次学术会议不收取会务费及版面费。
四、学术会议时间节点安排
2014年10月30日前：前期宣传，发布会议通知；
2014年11月20日-12月10日：投稿；
2014年12月中旬:学术会议召开（具体时间另行通知）。

Notice on The 2014 International Academic Conference
of Graduate Students of NUAA
Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics has decided to organize the 2014 international conference of graduate students in order to further construct scientific research atmosphere, develop international academic vision of graduate students, provide graduate students with a diverse platform to present their scientific research, and advance postgraduate students’ academic level, research ability and international communication ability. The conference will be held during the late December, 2014. The following is a description of related details.
I. Organizing Committee and Members
The 2014 International Academic Conference of Postgraduate Students will be sponsored by Graduate School of NUAA and co-organized by College of International Education and College of Aerospace Engineering. The organizing committee of the 2014 International Academic Conference of Postgraduate Students has been founded to be responsible for the organization of the conference.
II. Conference Participants
This conference welcomes the submission of academic papers from all master and doctoral students of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, including international postgraduate students. It also welcomes the submission of academic papers from and participation of postgraduate students and international postgraduate students of related disciplines of other universities in this city.
III. Conference details
The graduate students participate in the conference by submitting English papers and making presentations at the conference. The papers to be submitted to journals or the papers which have been accepted by journals can all be submitted to the conference. Papers should be submitted in the format of the attached and in word version. There is no length limit of academic paper. It is required that papers should be original researches and have nothing to do with secrets or political or religious issues.

When papers are admitted, they will be included in the anthology of conference papers and notice of admission will be issued. Students of NUAA will satisfy the academic requirement of paper publication if their papers with their names as the first authors are accepted by the conference.
The Organizing Committee will select some nine papers to be presented as keynote speeches and other accepted papers will be presented at parallel sessions. Moreover, excellent papers will be selected on the basis of evaluation by the committee and rewards and certificates will be issued respectively. This conference will not charge fees for attending conference or for publication.
